1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pkr6 ("pkr6", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://pkr6.app and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pkr6 Platform – including but not limited to placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits or withdrawals, or interacting with any content – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the pkr6 Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

2.Eligibility

Use of the pkr6 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkr6 operates a strict 18+ policy. Proof of age may be requested at any time and pkr6 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your specific location before registering. pkr6 does not provide legal advice on this matter.
• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP), or subject to international sanctions, AML or counter-terrorism financing restrictions that would make it unlawful for pkr6 to provide services to you.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of pkr6, nor an immediate family member of any such person, for the purpose of participating in promotional activities unless explicitly permitted in writing.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

pkr6 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3.Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the pkr6 Platform, you must register a single account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each person may hold only one registered account on the pkr6 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts held by that individual, with any balances subject to review.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number or email address, and any other information requested. You are required to update this information promptly if it changes.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr6 login credentials. pkr6 will not be liable for any loss arising from the unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify pkr6 immediately via the support dashboard if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• pkr6 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion without providing a reason, subject to returning any legitimate balance to the account holder via a verified payment method.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pkr6 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified in the cashier at the time of transaction. The following conditions apply:

• pkr6 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, debit card, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Third-party payments are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment method may be voided and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable AML procedures. pkr6 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed on the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedules.
• pkr6 does not charge internal transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. pkr6 bears no responsibility for fees applied by third-party payment processors.
• In the event that a deposit is made and subsequently reversed, charged back, or disputed by the payment provider, pkr6 reserves the right to void any winnings derived from the disputed funds and close the associated account.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

pkr6 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period will be specified in the promotion terms. pkr6 strongly recommends reading all promotion terms before opting in.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
• pkr6 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress under their original stated terms at the time of acceptance.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied and any applicable verification procedures completed.
• pkr6 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds where it determines, in its reasonable opinion, that a player has exploited a promotional offer in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

6.Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the pkr6 Platform:

• All bets placed and games played on pkr6 are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify your selections before confirming any bet or game stake.
• pkr6 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where there is evidence of collusion or match-fixing, or where applicable rules of the relevant sport or game have been materially violated.
• Sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or subject to extraordinary circumstances, pkr6's event-specific rules will apply as published in the betting rules section of the Platform.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. pkr6 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are displayed in the individual game information panels.
• Live dealer game results as announced by the dealer in the live studio are final. Technical issues on the User's side (device, connection) do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.

7.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the pkr6 Platform. Any User found to be engaged in prohibited activities may have their account immediately suspended and any balance voided pending investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any automated or semi-automated manner.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform, including structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account, including using false identity information during registration or verification.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any identified vulnerability must be reported to pkr6 support immediately. Winnings derived from known or suspected platform errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the proprietary source code or algorithms underlying the pkr6 Platform.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr6 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game content, software, and the overall interface design, is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr6 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pkr6 Platform without prior written authorisation.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr6 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if pkr6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pkr6 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that all gambling and betting activity carries inherent financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk.

pkr6's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.Privacy

pkr6's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the pkr6 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

pkr6 may be required to share information with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and other legal obligations. Such disclosures are made without prior notice to the User where required by law.

11.Responsible Gaming

pkr6 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is strictly for users aged 18 and above. The following tools are available to all registered pkr6 users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) during which you cannot access the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the pkr6 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12.Amendments to Terms

pkr6 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if appropriate, close your account.

13.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pkr6's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes not resolved through the pkr6 support process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitral institution as specified by pkr6.

For disputes arising from individual game outcomes, you must first raise the matter with pkr6 customer support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. pkr6 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to raise a dispute within this period may result in the claim being time-barred.
